Aquarium Preparation

Boil: Boil for at least 1–2 hours to help them sink and leach initial tannins. These pods can be difficult to waterlog.

Soak: Soak in clean water overnight or longer, changing water daily, until fully waterlogged. These pods may need to be weighed down, or simply let them float until they sink naturally.

Ready to Use: Once they sink and you've achieved your desired water coloration, add to your setup.
