Aquarium Preparation

Boil: Boil for at least 15 minutes to help them sink and leach initial tannins. The branch is large, so it may be necessary to "flip" the branch around so both ends are boiled.

Soak: Soak in clean water overnight or longer, changing water daily, until fully waterlogged and desired tannin level is reached.

Ready to Use: Once they sink and you've achieved your desired water coloration, add to your tank.
