Dried Guava leaves are durable leaves from the Psidium guajava tree and are sourced from India. The thickness of the leaves makes them a great choice for terrarium leaf litter since they break down slowly. They are popular in aquariums for creating natural "blackwater" environments, releasing low amounts of beneficial tannins that lower pH and provide antibacterial/antifungal effects, reducing fish stress, offering food/shelter for shrimp/fry, and mimicking natural habitats for species like Bettas, Discus, and Tetras.
The dried leaves are free of chemicals, and they are approximately 3" to 6" in length.
